Taste, Tradition, and Talent: An Italian Evening to Remember

Gioia Italy first joined our Hollywood Florida Food Tour family in 2022 under its former name, Gioia Eat. As the restaurant grew into Atlantic Village, we proudly expanded with it — creating new experiences to keep Chef Massimiliano Stamerra’s award-winning talents in the spotlight.

Designed for small groups of 4 or more, this exclusive evening includes a welcome cocktail, a curated appetizer, and a live acrobatic pizza-making show by Chef Stamerra — the world’s most decorated pizza champion, with 48 pizzas on his menu and 20 medals proudly displayed inside the restaurant.

Next, enjoy a hearty specialty crafted by Executive Chef Giovanni Orifici, known for bold, natural flavors — like his epic Caesar salad or silky four-cheese gnocchi. Gluten-free options are available upon request.

The evening ends with a generous dessert sampler made in-house, paired with coffee, espresso, or Americano.

Guests can also upgrade with a curated wine pairing presented by former Italian soccer star Amauri de Oliveira, for an additional charge.
