Before launching the Hollywood Florida Food Tour in March 2022 to support downtown Hollywood’s recovery from COVID, Steve had built a long and successful career in marketing and public relations. His professional journey includes roles with the Department of Defense, Leon Schaffer Golnick Advertising, Plantation General Hospital, True North Custom Publishing, and the University of Miami Hospital. In April 2008, Steve co-founded Amplification, Inc. with his business partner, Marnie. Following significant life changes—including Marnie’s near-fatal motorcycle accident, the rapid evolution of artificial intelligence, and the rise of smartphones—Steve decided to wind down Amplification and dedicate himself to his passion for food tours.
Today, while Steve continues to assist select clients with digital marketing strategies, content creation, video production, and video marketing, his primary focus is growing South Florida Food Tour.
